Let us agree that the economic system of relationships influences all aspects of a person's life: it determines values, psychology, the prevailing worldview, and most importantly, self-awareness – the awareness of oneself as a product in the market, whose value is defined by other people, trends, temporary circumstances, and so on. The alternative economic concept proposed here is the complete opposite of the market-based, competitive, "survival" system that has set the rhythm of our lives along, one might say, the entire history of humanity.

But what is the main difference? And in this point, there should be no compromise. The main difference is that a person's success is not determined by the stage of marketability of the products of his labor, his creativity, but is determined by the system and on a weekly basis – regardless of what stage any project or work process is at. Consider the example of an artist – the artist has started working on a painting, and it is unknown when he will finish and what he will do with it next. All this is not important, but the important thing is the process, the weekly progress, and exactly this progress, in any branch of creation, determined taking into account all the individual data of the creator (a little below I will describe in detail), and according to this level, the "Digit of success" is converted into our cryptocurrency, which can be used through the services of Interpublic.

Why is this the most important and uncompromising detail? Because it eliminates the form of human relations as buyer and seller, that is, the ubiquitous rivalry. In other words, what we do, what we are motivated by, our choice of what to do, is in no way influenced from the outside. The only causation is the desire to realize our creative potential, our talents, and to enjoy the process. To be free to express ourselves. It is this point that changes the formula of self-definition as "I am what I can sell" to "I am what I do".

How does it work?

The proposed version of the economic program (and you can propose your own) includes cooperation of several programs.
Programs to determine the level of individual progress.
A program for generating our "upi-crypto" cryptocurrency (or rewards) according to the level of individual progress.

A program of collective creativity as a platform for creating the economic base of Interpublic.

The external scheme is quite simple and looks like this: the program for determining personal progress (below I will offer my version of how it would work), each week makes its conclusion in the form of a percentage, or a value on a scale. This value is converted into our cryptocurrency, which will be exchangeable into other cryptocurrencies for money. This currency we will market as a full-fledged financial instrument.

To begin with, Upi-crypto (although it can be called differently) will be a means of support for creators. The participants themselves will share what they can with those who need more: a used computer, sneakers, books, brushes, clothes, etc.
Also under the special program, any vendors, local and worldwide, in all areas of service and provision will be able to offer their products at a special (huge) discount, which can be covered by our crypto. At the same time, some products will also be available at full price.

Program of collective creativity – in this program you will be able to present your idea, form a team of like-minded people and on behalf of the whole team propose the project to investors or crowdfunding. A detailed description of this program is posted separately. This initiative will give us the opportunity to create and deploy our business networks in all kinds of service and supply industries, and further, under the leadership of elected ministers from each Jupion industry, we will go further towards self-sufficiency of each industry (up to its own production, farms, etc.). Gradually more and more goods and services will be available for payment with our Upi-crypto.

And considering the incomparably huge meaning of the Upion project for the whole world and potentially for every person, for changing everything for the better and, no matter how pathetic it sounds, for peace and prosperity in the world, our currency will be the most purchasable and our businesses will be preferred, as every person buying our currency or using our service will at the same time invest in a better future for themselves and all future generations. And it is this, this mass inclusion in the process, that will create the conditions for Upion to develop into a full-fledged, self-sufficient republic, which in turn will provide equal rights and opportunities for each person in defining and realizing their talents and "living from it".

I want to mention once again that our progress and success will not be determined by the market or any buyer, for whom it is customary to fight and whose interests and needs it is customary to meet, but solely by our independent, neither in motivation nor in result, weekly progress.
