To create a structure for coordination and development of the republic – a structure of leaders-creators, thanks to which a coordinated parallel development of a number of special programs will lead to the level of a full-fledged internet republic.

UPISTRUCTURE

An Internet Republic. I am often asked, puzzled, "What is it?" I think the best way to explain it is to imagine a well-known social network – Facebook, Instagram – and suppose that this network was created for one sole purpose: to create all the conditions for identifying and realizing the talents of potentially every person in the world.

A social network that has its own business networks its own currency, its own holidays. A social network governed by an elected government. A social network that has its own ambassadors on the places, in every country and in every city. A social network that has programs defining user progress and rewarding with internal currency, where a user's position in the system is determined by industry, profession, national region, city, and each of these uniting sectors is managed by an elected development coordinator.

A social network where special programs, within the above-mentioned sectors, identify problems and negative trends related to obstacles in creative self-expression locally, and elected development coordinators address these issues – from industry coordinators to Ambassadors, and so on.

A social network that includes talent discovery programs, collective creativity programs, programs fostering favorable cooperation, and others that stimulate and support self-expression. The access to these programs will be included on every user's page.

A social network with its own philosophy, culture, political parties, and much more that will unite us and support us in our pursuit of a harmonious life. Here a broader understanding of what UPI-ON CREATORIUM includes is necessary.

Yes, we sometimes hear in media and films that we need to find ourselves, find our calling, but the way life is structured implies something completely different: more the manifestation of bare diligence, regardless of whether you are doing your own thing or what you had to; showing stubbornness, pragmatism, resourcefulness, a sense of trends, and quick adaptation of your actions and thoughts to them, etc. But let's agree: anything less than the realization of one's talents, one's natural resources and living off that, an organic life, anything other than that should be absolutely unacceptable, just as unacceptable as relationships not built on love. We understand this, but the conditions of survival dictate a different philosophy.

UPI-ON CREATORIUM is not only a structure for coordination and development of the republic, but also a global panel of leaders (representatives of industries, professions, ambassadors of national regions, elective positions etc.). (I will describe it below). This panel, similar to the UN but in the field of creativity, has the main task of creating equal conditions and rights for the realization of the talents of every person, regardless of geography and other life circumstances. This is the essence of our CREATORIUM. And this is how it should be understood. We need to categorically raise the question and be heard. The world government defending our right to an organic life.

The structure for coordination and management of the republic, if you imagine it visually, is a social network where the users are representatives of UPI-ON interpublic users elected by popular vote. This structure, like the spine of the republic, is the connecting link between the Dreamtrix, Creatrix, UPI Crypto programs, each of which also has its own control panel — its own Creatorium. The leaders of these Creatoriums are in working contact with the main panel of leaders of the republic.

First, I will describe the general scheme of the republic's panel, and then I will propose a version of the page for each member of the panel with the page functions and obligations of the leaders of the republic. At the top of the coordination and management structure is a group of Leaders/Creators. Presumably, they will be called UPI LC (Leader/Creator). UPI LC (upper panel – an initiative group of leaders/creators, presumably from three to seven people).

UPISTRUCTURE

Under the UPI LC is CREATORIUM – a general online panel encompassing and abstractly managing the entire republic through the following positions:

CREATORIUM

UPI Economy LC
LCs whose task (through representatives from industries and national regions) will be to coordinate the development of the entire republic's economy working with data from the Collective Creativity Program, the UPI-ON Business Network Creation Sector, and with industry coordinators responsible for economic development within their respective sectors. Also, collaborating with local ambassadors locally on matters concerning the government's attitude in a particular country and charitable foundations regarding our economic development in that region.

UPI Politics LC
LCs whose task (through leaders/creators from industries and localities) will be to coordinate the establishment of the republic's political status and widespread creation of a favorable regime for creative self-expression working locally with our parties and ambassadors on issues related to policies favorable to the creative development of regions.

UPI Culture LC
LCs whose task (through leaders/creators from industries and localities) will be to coordinate the creation of our culture through all possible channels working with industry coordinators, both in the general plan and through their local representatives, on implementing our cultural program through all possible channels for spreading our cultural concept.

UPI Education LC
LCs whose task (through leaders/creators from industries and localities) will not only coordinate the creation of support for individual creative realization of UPI-ON users but also implement corresponding reforms locally in general education schools working with ambassadors and industry coordinators, as well as professionals, in creating a special online educational program and organizing the educational process locally.

INDUSTRIUM: an online panel of LCs/representatives from industries. Under each are networks of LCs/representatives from professions within that industry. Next, a parallel panel of ambassadors from industries at the local level, and further across cities. The same scheme and sequence apply to coordinators of professional development within each specific industry.

AMBASSADORIUM: an online panel of representatives from each country. Under each are online panels of representatives from cities within that country. Ambassadors are like mini local UPI-ONs. Each national ambassador, representing the interests of the creative republic locally, and further ambassadors in cities, will also have two offices for a multilateral approach to work: Creatorium (specialists in key social areas such as economy, politics, culture, etc.) and Industrium (industry representatives, and beneath them, representatives of professions). Unlike more abstract panels, all work is conducted not only online but primarily "on the ground" – in other words, "boots on the ground".

As mentioned, the Creatorium will be connected to the Creatoriums of Dreamtrix, Creatrix, UPI Crypto. The internal structure of these Creatoriums will mainly replicate the scheme of the main panel of UPI LCs, with some exceptions. Each LC will have his own online office, consisting of representatives reflecting the positions of Creatorium: economy, politics, culture, philosophy, education. These specialists will also be connected with representatives of the upper panel of Creatorium.

Each LC will have his own page, which, in addition to personal information like a portfolio, will include a personal chat for communicating with UPI-ON users (taking into account the specifics of that LC). The page will have buttons for connecting with representatives of other panels, clicking on which will open a list of positions on that panel and the corresponding chats. All communication of the Creatorium (text, video chats) will be open to all UPI-ON users in real-time and recorded. LCs taking office will sign an obligation to maintain communication with other LCs only through this communication system.

On each LC's page, there will be workshops where UPI-ON users can follow the work of projects, vote, protest, express opinions, etc. The work of each LC in the system is transparent, so each LC will have his own rating, which will affect his further career in the Creatorium. The LC's page will also have a "Candidates" section where candidates for the position can present their candidacies (portfolios, links to working and previous chats, proposals for the position, plans, etc.). Each candidate will have his own chat for answering questions from UPI-ON users.
