Objective:
To create conditions (both online and offline) for the mass involvement of creative individuals in the development and realization of the UPI-ON Interpublic project.
1. Creation of the website UPI-ON.com as a platform to present the concept and connect those interested in supporting the project for improving the theoretical development and the global general presentation of the Interpublic concept. The project is divided into sections, each linking to Telegram channels where supporters can engage by liking, sharing opinions, making suggestions, asking questions, or joining discussions with the author and each other. The main goal of the presentation is to initiate a discussion on the possibility of such an Inter-Republic's existence.
2. Launching pages on all social networks to attract attention to the project. Sending invitations to participate to university websites and other youth educational and human rights organizations.
3. Formation of an online team of like-minded visionaries who share the overall vision of the concept and can participate in coordinating the development of all parts of the project.
4. For professional refinement of the concept – creation of online teams for each Creatorium category: groups of economists, political scientists, cultural experts, philosophers, and specialists in communication.
5. Establishment of teams for each project within the republic's concept: Dreamtrix, Creatrix, UPI-Crypto.
6. Creation of a YouTube channel "Alternative way," where we can broadcast discussions and multifaceted formation of the Inter-Republic concept, attracting participation and support from people worldwide.
7. Creation of a creative club "Jesterium.com," where I will propose additional auxiliary projects, and where anyone can propose their own project, assemble a team, and jointly lead the project through phased realization. Projects such as the Symposiy.com app — a service that unites people at café and restaurant tables for discussions on pre-selected topics — and the associated YouTube channel broadcasting specially organized debates on socially significant issues. Or establishing nightclub(s)/embassies "Jesterium," where, alongside an original stage program with music, a "Jester" will address the audience with our philosophical message emphasizing that "we are all equal as humans and unique as creators."
This stage can be conducted online, or as a version, offline, with teams created locally — for example, in New York City — and organizing further processes in a designated venue where reality shows could be filmed. Programs like meetup.com and contacts with New York universities will be utilized for this purpose.
It is also possible to distribute parts of the project among different universities by creating a special communication website where each aspect of the Inter-Republic concept — whether creating an alternative economic system, developing new philosophy, or projects Dreamtrix, Creatrix — can be worked on. Alternatively, development and implementation can be shared among universities from different countries. Such matters will be discussed by members of the initial initiative group representing the entire project.

2. Professional global presentation of the Inter-Republic project on this site.
3. Formation of a team of ambassadors from each country, each addressing their fellow citizens on their own page to encourage participation in further realization of the project.
4. Joint efforts to attract subscribers and votes "in favor" of creating the Inter-Republic. The task is to reach 70-80 million supporters (one percent of the world's population), thereby creating a premise for attracting interest from investors (both individual and crowdfunding) and companies that can participate in the creation and development of each individual project.

Aren’t you tired of dragging your existence in a long-established historical rhythm? To be born into a game that has existed for centuries and to live in it, inevitably acquiring the necessary qualities, not even considering that things could be completely different.
When I think about it, I want to ask everyone a deliberately naive, rhetorical question: why do we stupidly accept the existing concept of the world as the only possible given? Why can’t we imagine something other than living in this common market where everyone has to sell themselves? And why is everything built on survival? Why must we necessarily survive and not live? To exist and not to be realized? After all, even revolutionary movements are still within this game. Even in fantasy novels and movies, we continue to survive and destroy each other. Is this a human trait?! Is there something slavish in us?! Where does this mass obedience come from and to whom? Are we really satisfied with this world, when, on the one hand, people are literally surviving every day and millions of refugees around the world are moving towards salvation, and on the other hand – living on antidepressants? Young people are destroying themselves more and more with drugs with each new generation. Violence, wars, corruption, politicians’ deceptions, struggle for the influence of everyone and everything. Corporations, parties, religions, states, do everything to subjugate the minds or wallets of the masses!
And the most important thing to understand is that the establishment of influence equals the weakening of a person’s will. It does not matter whether you are raised to be a professional consumer or a fervent patriot – all this does not imply independence of thought, self-sufficiency and presence of will; it implies one thing – slavish obedience.
Would you be able to disconnect mentally for a while from the way everything is organized in our reality, from this game that has long outlived itself, to refuse temporarily to realize any of your races, nationalities, citizenship, social statuses, etc. and to see yourselves as free individuals, people of the world who have been asked: how would you like to see this world?
On the pages of this site, I invite you to take part in the forum, let’s call it that, of forming an alternative idea of a PATH to a better future.
An internet society, an inter-republic, etc. A society that will be able to offer every person on earth equal rights and opportunities for self-realization.
Let’s mentally abandon the program indoctrinated in us for thousands of years and give our imagination absolute freedom. And to start this social experiment we will propose here our idea of an Inter-society without borders.
